FIELD: chemical apparatuses.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for producing a composite membrane with polyelectrolyte layers, containing a container with a reaction chamber placed therein with an ultrasonic emitter and a mixer. Located above the reaction chamber are five hoppers with initial components for separation and purification of aqueous-alcoholic and/or other industrial and technological mixtures, such as polydimethylsiloxane, heptane, (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, FeBTC suspension in heptane, dibutyltin dilaurate, supplied to the reaction chamber, from the base whereof, through a main with a dosage apparatus, the reaction mixture passes through a hole in the base of the container onto a spinneret with a substrate, intended for forming a composite membrane, wherein located between said spinneret and a system of hoppers placed consecutively with a common dosage apparatus is a drying cabinet for forming a selective layer therein, the selective properties whereof, including experimental mixtures and permeate, are recorded by a gas chromatograph used in the configuration of the apparatus, wherein the substrate of the spinneret is made microporous, placed between the drying cabinet and the consecutively placed hoppers with a common dosage apparatus is a node mechanism for applying polyelectrolyte layers, made in the form of at least eight vessels, wherein one of said vessels is filled with a poly(allylamine hydrochloride) polycation, the second is filled with a poly(sodium 4-styrene sulphonate) polyanion, the rest are filled with water for removing the excess in each produced polyelectrolyte layer, wherein an experimental mixture is supplied through the system of hoppers to the second chamber cooled with liquid nitrogen for condensation of vapours of the experimental mixture, and the selectivity is additionally recorded from the chromatograph on a computer screen.

EFFECT: produced composite membranes based on the polymer composite polydimethylsiloxane - FeBTC, with polyelectrolyte layers applied onto the surface, exhibit improved transport properties, efficiency, productivity and selectivity of isolation of ethanol from water-containing mixtures.
