FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in heating of parts in process of assembly of a contact zone by electric current of high density to temperature of metal plasticisation. Anaerobic glue is applied onto a fastening part before assembly and reliably fixes the joint after assembly. In process of assembly the glue electrically insulates the fastening part from the body part, excluding a deforming section. The deforming and stopping parts of the thread are made with higher profile along the external diameter. The thread of the fastening element on the deforming section in radial section has a profile of oval section or section in the form of a triangle with smoothed tops. During screwing the glue is displaced from the deforming section and bares the metal profile of the thread. Disassembly of the joint is made by standard methods with account of strength of the glue joint.
EFFECT: reduced torque in process of screwing of a threaded part in a smooth hole of a metal body part.
