SUBSTANCE: threaded connection has a rod with a thread with variable amplitude wavy profile the wave of which is less than the size of side gap in the thread, and also a companion detail with smooth thread. The amplitude of threaded rod waves increases to the end of sitting part, and the axial line of crests of waves is rotated with reference to the diametrical line towards screwing-in to the angle of thread self-retention, or amplitude of thread rod waves is increased towards the end of the sitting part, and the number of waves changes non-linearly from one on boundary turns up to four in the middle.
EFFECT: increase of bearing ability of the threaded connection and its vibration resistance.
