SUBSTANCE: proposed plant comprise rotary furnace 1, cyclone heater 2 whereto fed are flue gases from rotary furnace, clinker cooler 4 arranged at rotary furnace 1 and at least one heat exchanger 9. Damp stock is heated to remove carbon dioxide in cyclone heater and to cool clinker fed from furnace in cooler 4. First portion 5 of hot air produced in clinker cooler, referred to as secondary hot air, is directed into rotary furnace to use as combustion air. Second portion 6 of said hot air referred to as tertiary hot air is directed separately from said first portion in the plat combustion zone. Third portion 7 of said air referred to as excess hot air generated in hot air clinker cooler is directed to first heat exchanger 9 for power recuperation for electric power production. Second hear exchanger 10 interacts with tertiary hot air 6 to heat working fluid in circuit 13 shared by first and second heat exchangers 9, 10.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of power recuperation at minimum fuel consumption.
