FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for production of cement clinker. Method includes preliminary heating of raw material powder, containing calcium carbonate, at the stage of preliminary heating by means of waste gases of sintering stage, connected in the direction of gas flow movement, neutralisation of preliminarily heated raw material powder, sintering neutralised raw material powder into cement clinker at the stage of sintering, cooling cement clinker, obtained at the stage of sintering, by means of gas at the stage of cooling, with waste gases from the sintering stage being connected with waste gases from the stage of neutralisation, and connected waste gases are supplied into open gas network (10) with constant or discontinuous separated of part of connected waste gases (32) from open gas network (10), with quantitative part of separated part corresponding to part, newly added into open network (10) as a result of burning and neutralisation. Device for cement clinker production is disclosed.

EFFECT: provided reduction of CO2 emissions and prevention of formation of nitrogen oxides in the process of atmospheric nitrogen combustion in the oxidising medium of the sintering stage burner.
