FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a cyclone heater, a prebaking reactor, a rotary furnace and a clinker cooler. According to the invention fumes from the furnace are sent into the prebaking reactor and even into the cyclone heater. Into the prebaking reactor (4) gas (9) is supplied with high content of oxygen, in which nitrogen content is below 30% and which is the only source of oxygen for the specified reactor. Some (8a) gases leaving the cyclone heater are recirculated into the plant so that the appropriate flow is produced, which is necessary for obtaining the suspended condition of raw materials in the specified heater. The other part (8b) with high content of carbon dioxide is adapted with the purpose of treatment that makes it possible to limit carbon dioxide emissions into atmosphere, in particular, such as complexing.
