FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a cyclone heater (3, 3a), a prebaking reactor (4), a rotary furnace (1), a clinker cooler (5). According to the invention, fumes produced by the rotary furnace and heater gases are separated so that they are not mixed. Into the prebaking reactor gas is supplied with high content of oxygen, and some (8a) gases (8), leaving the cyclone heater (3, 3a), are recirculated into the prebaking reactor (4) and even into the cyclone heater (3, 3a), in order to produce the appropriate flow required to get suspended condition of raw materials in the heater. The other non-recirculated part (8b) of gases with high content of carbon dioxide is adapted, making it possible to limit CO2 emissions into atmosphere, with the help of treatment, such as complexing.
