SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used for production of preserves "Smelt in marinade with vegetables". For the invention implementation one performs recipe components preparation, bulb onions (114.3-115.8 weight parts) cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, carrots (128.6-131.9 weight parts) chopping and the listed components mixing, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake (17.3 weight parts) pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the extraction cake mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar (35.7 weight parts), black hot pepper (0.57 weight parts), allspice (0.57 weight parts), cloves (1.14 weight parts), cinnamon (2 weight parts) and laurel leaf (0.71 weight parts), the mixture cooking and acetic acid addition to produce marinade, smelt (1028.6 weight parts) cutting, maintenance in a salt solution, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, smelt, the vegetable mixture and marinade packing, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
