SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, bulb onions cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, carrots chopping and the listed components mixing, mixing tomato paste, drinking water, sugar and cinnamon, the mixture cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce marinade, Atlantic herring cutting, maintenance in salt solution, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, packing, sealing and sterilisation of black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, laurel leaf, Atlantic herring, vegetable mixture and marinade. The invention novelty is as follows: one additionally introduces into the marinade composition sunflower flour that is poured, before mixing, with drinking water and maintained for swelling; additionally one introduces the following components envisaged by the recipe: black hot pepper, allspice, cloves and laurel leaf, the components used at the following expenditure ratio, weight parts: Atlantic herring - 1028.6; vegetable oil - 6.3; carrots - 128.6-131.9; bulb onions - 114.3-115.8; wheat flour - 7.1, sunflower flour - 17.3, tomato paste in conversion to 30% dry substances content - 37.1, acetic acid in conversion to 80% concentration - 15.7, sugar - 35.7, salt - 9.3, black hot pepper - 0.57, allspice - 0.57, cloves - 1.14, cinnamon - 2, laurel leaf - 0.71, water till the target product yield is equal to 1000.

EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
