FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: foam generator comprises a sprayer, which is connected to a foam nozzle vessel arranged in the form of a shell installed coaxially and axially relative to the sprayer. The vessel comprises, in the part arranged closer to the sprayer, at least three windows for air ejection, at the outlet there is a double-phase flow arranged in the form of a round net, a channel for liquid supply and a coaxial bushing rigidly connected to it with a nozzle fixed in its lower part and arranged in the form of a cylindrical double-staged bushing. The upper cylindrical stage of the bushing is connected by means of a threaded joint to a central code installed with a circular gap relative to the inner surface of the cylindrical bushing and comprising a cylindrical part with a ball segment fixed coaxially with it in the lower part, having throttling holes, axes of which are arranged along radii of a spherical surface forming a ball segment. The circular gap is connected with at least three radial channels arranged in the double-staged bushing, connecting it with a circular cavity formed by the inner surface of the bushing and the outer surface of the upper cylindrical stage, besides, the circular cavity is connected with a vessel channel for fluid supply. On the side surface of the cylindrical part of the central core, in its lower part connected to the ball segment there are at least two rows of cylindrical throttling holes, with axes lying in planes perpendicular to the core axis, and in each row there are at least three holes, at the same time axes of throttling holes in adjacent rows are displaced by an angle lying in the range of 15°÷60°.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying a fire-quenching liquid solution of a foaming agent.
