FIELD: polymers.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a polymer composite material for sealing. This material includes low molecular weight silicone rubber, silicone oligomer, ethyl silicate, and fumed silica. The composition is characterized in that it additionally contains finely dispersed aluminum hydroxide of varying degrees of dispersion, wollastonite, silicon carbide, optionally aluminum oxide. As a filler, a mixture of silicon oxide, selected from ground pulverized quartz and white soot, with aluminum hydroxide of fractions 2-5 microns and 5-20 microns, finely dispersed silicon carbide, optionally finely dispersed aluminum oxide is used. The binder consists of silicone rubber, silicone oligomer and ethyl silicate. The binder is with the filler in a weight ratio, wt. h .: binder: total weight of the filler - 100: (100-150). As a hardener catalysts on an organotin or amine base are used in amounts of 2-5 wt. hours per 100 wt. h. binder.
EFFECT: expansion of technological capabilities for polymer composite filled material when sealing complex small-sized products.
