SUBSTANCE: system performs automated remote control over parameters of a technological process. The automated thermal energy production and usage control system, comprising a control facility, a unit for determination of utilities consumption, an operator's control unit, a unit of automated object control, besides, it additionally includes an air flow sensor, a multi-channel microprocessor unit of power saving control, a sensor of waste gas temperature, a sensor of hot water temperature, a sensor of produced thermal energy, a dispatcher's centre of information collection, a consumer of thermal energy. Besides, the first output of the unit for determination of utilities consumption is connected with the first input of the control object, the first outlet of the air flow sensor is connected to the second inlet of the control object, the second outlet of determination of utilities consumption, the second outlet of the air flow sensor, the outlet of the waste gas temperature sensor, the outlet of the hot water temperature sensor, the outlet of the counter of produced thermal energy are connected with inlets of microprocessor blocks of power saving control, outlets of microprocessor units of power saving control are connected to inlets of the dispatcher's centre of information collection, outlet of the dispatcher's centre of information collection via the unit of operator's control is connected to the inlet of the unit of automated object control, the outlet of the block of object control is connected with the third inlet of the object of control, the first outlet of the control object is connected with the sensor of waste gas temperature, the second outlet of the control object is connected with the sensor of hot water temperature, the third outlet of the control object is connected with the counter of the produced thermal energy, the fourth, fifth, sixth outputs of the control object are connected with inlets of thermal energy consumers, outlets of thermal energy consumers are connected with inlets of the dispatcher's centre of information collection.

EFFECT: possibility to efficiently interfere into a heat supply process and to maintain required level of safety.
