FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for collecting data using radio communication and subsequent analysis of the obtained information and can be used to construct information analysis systems for metering consumption of energy resources - cold and hot water, natural gas, heat energy, electric power and other energy resources. The system for metering energy resources comprises energy resource consumption metres, communication stations, information centres and a central server. The communication station has a GSM controller which is a local controller for collecting and transmitting data and a GSM modem merged into a single hardware platform. The GSM controller simultaneously receives data from control sensors and energy resource consumption metres independent of interface settings and protocol features, and establishes a GPRS connection. The communication station can simultaneously send requests received from the central server and send responses to said central server over several communication channels from the information centres. The central server is connected to remote workstation computers and energy resource consumers can log on to a WEB server from their personal computers and obtain information on consumed energy resources in physical or monetary units, as well as results of analysing said information.
EFFECT: high speed of delivering information to consumers and optimisation of the data collection process.
