FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: level-flow meter for liquid in a tank comprises a body, a differential pressure sensor, a pneumatically hydraulic unit comprising a tight cavity, a tube with a through channel for its vertical submersion onto the tank bottom with controlled liquid by one end, and with the other end connected with one of the inlets of the differential pressure sensor, tight elastic elements. Besides, the tight elastic elements are made in the form of membrane boxes, some sides of which, in particular, one side, is made as elastic, and others, accordingly, rigid. The flow-lever meter in the tank additionally comprises a flow converter into pressure, the second differential pressure sensor with two inlets connected to the indicator and a unit of liquid level variation compensation with a compensating channel. Besides, the flow converter into pressure comprises a chamber, which in its turn consists of two compartments - receiving one and the one separated from it with a separating membrane of the outlet compartment. The outlet compartment is connected with a through hydraulic channel made in the form of a small diameter tube to one of two inlets of the second differential pressure sensor.

EFFECT: simultaneous measurement of level and flow of different liquids in tanks of transport facilities designed for operation under especially heavy road and climate conditions with temperature variations in a wide range and under low temperatures.
