FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed test bench comprises interconnected turbine, compressor, electric generator and coupling for high-rpm unit, test bench system of gas supply, water supply, evacuation, electric power supply, control and measurement. It incorporates working gas heater and cooler, heat exchanger-recuperator and pipelines. Heater inlet is connected with turbine inlet. Turbine outlet is connected with heat exchanger-recuperator heated gas channel inlet. Heat exchanger-recuperator heated gas channel outlet is connected with cooler inlet and with electric generator gas cooling system outlet. Cooler outlet is connected with compressor inlet and outlet of working gas pressure control system outlet. Heat exchanger-recuperator cold gas channel outlet is connected with compressor outlet and with electric generator gas cooling system inlet. Heater inlet is connected with heat exchanger-recuperator cold gas channel outlet. Heater and heated working gas pipelines are furnished with internal unsealed heat-resistance tube. Tube is composed by tube lengths with their ends fitted one into another along working gas flow. Spaces between heater housing and inner tube, between outer and inner tubes of heated gas pipelines are filled with high-temperature heat insulation. Electric generator is connected via switchboard with alternating-frequency electronic inverter and with unit for setting working loads and turbine rpm stabilisation. This invention covers the test benches whereat high-rpm is composed by either turbine, or compressor, or electric generator.
EFFECT: longer serviceability high-rpm unit tests.
