FIELD: nuclear and rocket-space technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear and rocket-space technology and can be used to solve problems associated with the delivery of spacecraft to the operating orbit and subsequent long-term power supply. The installation contains at least two closed gas turbine circuits, a common heater - a gas-cooled nuclear reactor, a piping system, refrigerators, recuperators, coaxial turbines-compressor-electric generators of a magnetoelectric type on gas-dynamic bearings. The stator phase windings of the latter are connected phase by phase by electric buses. In the circuit of each stator phase winding of the electric generator, in front of the zero point of the "star", the primary winding of the current transformer with a trimmer capacitor in the secondary circuit is connected, and a ballast load is connected to the output terminals.
EFFECT: possibility of supplying twice or more electrical power to one payload having a power comparable to the full power of a nuclear power plant.
