SUBSTANCE: device for electric energy registration comprises a converter of electric power into frequency of pulses, a summing device, an indicator, a key, a control unit, an alarm unit and a unit of dispatcher's control. The control unit comprises a detector of deviation in amplitude of voltage of delivered electric energy from requirements of the state standard (GOST), the first inverter, OR element, a detector of deviation in voltage frequency of delivered electric energy from requirements of the state standard (GOST), the second inverter, the first and second alarms and the first and second recording devices. The alarm unit comprises a satellite receiver, electronic clock, the first and second AND elements, a memory unit and a transmitting device, the dispatcher's control unit comprises serially connected receiving device and indicator.
