FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: electric energy counting method is based on conversion of a signal proportional to load power to a sequence of informative pulses, detection of available deviations of amplitude and frequency of voltage of supplied electric energy from GOST requirements, indication and fixation of deviations, summation of informative pulses only at absent deviations of amplitude and frequency of voltage of supplied electric energy from GOST requirements, determination of coordinates of the electric energy counting device and time of electric energy supply with parameters that do not correspond to GOST values, analysis of value of deviation of electric energy as to amplitude and frequency relative to values corresponding to GOST requirement, automatic disconnection of electric energy in case the value of deviations of electric energy as to amplitude and frequency is higher than the specified values, fixation of time of disconnection of an electrical chain, transfer of information to a dispatch operator on coordinates of the electric energy counting device, time of the beginning of electric energy supply with parameters that do not correspond to GOST requirements and time of disconnection of electric energy. The electric energy counting device includes an electric power converter to pulse frequency, a summing device, an indicator, the first and the second switches, a control unit, an alarm unit and a dispatch operator monitoring unit.
