SUBSTANCE: method for registration of electric energy is based on conversion of a signal proportionate to capacity in a load, into a sequence of information pulses, detection of availability of deviations in amplitude and frequency of voltage of supplied electric energy from state standard (GOST) requirements, indication and documentation of available deviations, summation of information pulses only with absence of deviations in amplitude and frequency of voltage of supplied electric energy from state standard requirements, definition of coordinates of a device of electric energy registration and recording of time of arrival of electric energy with parameters that do not correspond to the state standard values, definition of current values of power consumption, provision of transfer of this information to a dispatcher for making decisions on the basis of this information, making a decision on additional inspection of electric energy registration devices on the basis of comparison of the current and previous power consumption for the specified period of time, and in case of power consumption reduction below the specified value, generation of information on coordinates of the device for registration of electric energy, required for inspection, analysis of importance of objects of consumption on the basis of comparison of their current and specified coordinates, generation of information to the dispatcher on extent of importance of the objects that deviate from parameters of the consumed electric energy. The system of electric energy registration comprises n-devices of electric energy registration, n-units of alarm, a control unit.
