FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages mincing of solid recipe components consisting of fish mince, wheat bread, sauteed bulb onions, ground black hot pepper and culinary salt. One performs chopping with simultaneous introduction of liquid fat and a suspension consisting of fish broth or water, powder produced from girasol tubers and powder produced from fish processing wastes. Produced mince is moulded in the form of cutlets and mealed. All the ingredients are used at the specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention ensures functional food product manufacture.
