FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages mincing of solid recipe components consisting of fish mince, wheat bread, sauteed bulb onions, ground black hot pepper and culinary salt. One performs the produced mixture chopping wit simultaneous introduction of liquid fat and a suspension consisting of fish broth or water and a girasol tubers powder. After chopping cutlets are moulded and mealed. All the components are used at the specified components ratio.
EFFECT: invention ensures functional food product manufacture.
