METHOD OF CLINICAL ASSESSMENT OF INFLAMMATION ACTIVITY IN CASE OF CHRONIC CALCULOUS CHOLECYSTITIS Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC A61B5/00

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to gastroenterology and can be used for assessment of clinical inflammation activity in case of chronic calculous cholecystitis at prehospital stage of patients monitoring. Questioning and objective examination of patients is carried out. Parameters, reflecting degree of activity of local and general inflammatory process and severity of disease aggravation are identified and analysed, the following parameters being related to them: manifestation of pain syndrome symptoms, biliary dyspepsia symptoms, symptoms of general inflammatory response syndrome, with each clinical sign being assessed in points. To localise pain gradations and diagnostic coefficients are identified. Specific weight of each diagnostic coefficient is calculated and its value is used to determine minimal, average or expressed degree of inflammation.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to facilitate control over disease course and efficiency of performed therapy at pre-hospital stage.
