SUBSTANCE: given invention refers to a curing dual acrylic composition for bone cement, dental products, binding or building materials. The curing dual acrylic composition for bone cement, dental products, binding or building materials contains a first portion representing an acrylic polymer composition, and a second portion representing an acrylic monomer composition; the acrylic polymer composition contains first-type acrylic polymer particles; each first-type acrylic polymer particle is formed by a mesh of coalesced emulsion-polymerized acrylic microparticles. Versions of the composition, a method for preparing, an adhesive, a construction material, a powder composition have been declared.

EFFECT: preparing the polymer with a large proportion of the small particles with the good process repeatability that leads to higher economic efficiency of the process.
