FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid mixers to be used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Proposed mixer comprises case accommodating shaft inside which pusher is arranged to reciprocate therein and provided with piston fitted inside the cylinder arranged atop said pusher. Radial and vertical vanes are articulated with said shaft and interarticulated. Cylinder top accommodates control handwheel with ball support arranged at handwheel screw to interact with pusher top end.Said radial and vertical vanes make with said shaft a system of articulated parallelogram. Offset of radial vanes exceeds housing inner radius. Sort ends of upper radial vanes feature angle α=15-60° relative to vane rib. Toothed plates of antifriction material are secured and said vanes, teeth being shifted by pitch.
EFFECT: expanded mixing and wall-and-bottom cleaning performances.
