SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a device for mixing components in a liquid medium, preferably to batch apparatus, and can be used, for example, in the chemical, petrochemical, food and other industries where this process is necessary. Method of mixing components in a liquid medium consists in that the circumferential, radial and axial oscillations of the medium are performed by blades of a hinged frame mixer with a frequency of axial movement equal to the shaft rotation frequency, and the amplitude of axial displacement of the ends of the radial blades h, h = h₁-h₂, mm, where h₁, h₂ are the greatest and smallest height of the surface of the cone. Device for carrying out the method includes a cylindrical body with a shaft therein, to which radial blades are pivotally connected, vertical and radial blades are also interconnected pivotally, inside the shaft a pusher is mounted with the possibility of back and forth movement, said pusher interacting with the short ends of the upper radial blades and the upper end of which is made in the form of a disc with a conical surface, the slope of which is equal to the value of the axial displacement of the short ends of the upper radial blades. Efficiency of mixing the layers of liquid increases due to the oscillation of the medium as the radial and axial position of the blades changes relative to the axis of the shaft for each revolution, which contributes to the intensification of the process.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is higher mixing efficiency of the working medium.
