SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixers and may be used to agitate liquids of various viscosity at chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, as well as in educational institutions. Device includes housing with hollow shaft, inside of which pusher is installed with possibility of reciprocal movement, in lower part of which there are grooves to interact with short ends of upper radial blades, blades are connected to shaft, pivotally connected to each other and inclined blades, motor coupled with shaft, according to proposed technical solution upper radial blades are shorter and together with shaft form a system of hinged trapezoid inclined blades are inclined relative to shaft axis and housing walls; body is made with a cover and is arranged on base; in electric motor installed on the disc, there is a collet clamp connected plate, adjusting screw and face-plate with upper end of the pusher; disc, cover and base of device are installed with possibility of vertical movement on helical supports.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of mixing process medium and controlling position of blades relative to shaft axis and housing wall, as well as position of shaft with blades relative to bottom.
