FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ocular lenses. Said device comprises substrate for ocular lens blank formation with convex optical surface in contact with reactive mix arranged in vessel in amount exceeding that of said blank and controlled actinic radiation source designed to harden said reactive mix. Said amount of reactive mix is hardened by voxels. Actinic radiation source includes light source and digital mirror. The latter can reflect light in one path at IN or OUT states. At light reflection in IN state, reflected light is directed to optical convex surface in voxel-preset path. in OUT state reflected light is directed in photon trap.
EFFECT: controlled optical performances, arbitrary non-optical characteristics, flexible readjustment and programming.
