SUBSTANCE: variable multifocal contact lens comprises a front and a back surface formed voxelly, having an arcuate shape and joined at the edge of the lens; the optical force area providing a vision correction and containing a plurality of optical zones; a contact surface with a lower eyelid that limits the amount of the lens movement over the eye, when the direction of vision is changed and the line of sight line moves from one to the other optical zone; and a holding structure under the eyelid located adjacent to the lower contact surface area with the lower eyelid extending up to the edge of the lens and having an arcuate front surface including convex and concave portions.
EFFECT: providing control over the lens movement, when the eye position changes from one to the other optical zone.
