FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nonferrous metallurgy. Proposed furnace comprises body 1 composed of shaft with stock feed pipe 3 and finished product discharge pipe 4, steel compensators with refractory lining layer arranged in furnace shaft on its both sides at the angle to said body to make space between compensator and body 1, partitions 8 to divide the shaft into chambers 8, 9, 10, gas distribution grate composed of hearth with perforations covered by angle pieces 15, cold air feed manifold 19 and hot air discharge manifold 20 divided by horizontal partition into top and bottom parts, pipelines communicating angle pieces 15 with said manifolds, fire chambers 23 and flue gas chambers 24. Manifolds 19, 20 are arranged in space between body 1 and compensators, over the furnace entire length. Compensators and refractory lining layer have holes to accommodate pipelines communicating angle pieces 15 with manifolds 19, 20.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
