FIELD: construction materials industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention refers to the industry of construction materials and may be used in construction. Technical result - increased strength, decreased consumption of cement by 20-30 % at preservation of the materials mechanical properties, decreased water absorption, provision to use cement of low brands, to use the kinescopes cullet as a second-hand material, detoxication of heavy toxiferous metals in a glass sand, first cost reduction. The concrete mix contains the cement, the cullet and the glass sand from the crushed kinescopes, water. The cullet is previously rolled in the ball mill. Additionally the concrete mix includes the crushed rock natural and quartz sand at the following components ratio in mass %: cement - 7-11.4, the indicated cullet - 40.5-46.9, the indicated glass sand - 23.1-26.8, the crushed rock natural - 7-10.3, the quartz sand - 3-8, water - the rest. EFFECT: increased cement strength, decreased its consumption by 20-30 % at preservation of the materials mechanical properties, decreased water absorption, advantage to use the lower brand cement, first cost reduction. 2 tbl
