FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of nonconsumable electrode welding of parts with a coating and can be used in making structures in form of enclosures, containers, pipes, closed vessels and complex-shaped shells of spherical type. Height of process collar is determined. Annular grooves, shelves and process collar are made on bushing from outer side. Protective coating is applied separately on bushing and on inner surface of parts. Parts of inner surface of parts close to end face are left uncovered by width of zone of thermal action of welding equal to width of bush flanges. Shelf and collar surfaces are left unopened on bush outer surface. Bushing is installed with arrangement of process collar between ends of parts to be welded. Deflection of non-consumable electrode is set to the middle of collar. Parts are welded together. Movement of electrode is monitored during welding. Main welding parameters are maintained in automatic mode.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of influence of molten metal loss on quality of welded seam, exclusion of penetration of coating elements into metal of welded seam and reduction of probability of damage of protective coating during assembly and welding of parts.
