SUBSTANCE: method of making a video call includes steps where upon receiving a video call initiated by the calling party, the medium is synchronised with the calling party and video calls to the called party are initiated; once the called party responds, the medium is synchronised with the called party and establishment of a video-voice channel between the calling party and the called party is completed, and upon reception of a calling party and/or called party indication, when making a video call between the calling party and the called party, video is processed in accordance with the indication.
EFFECT: providing a video call such that calling and called users can change video content seen by the other party or by themselves, which enables to actively manage video content for calling and called users of video call services and improve the interactive capability of users during a video call.
