FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used to protect coal and concrete surfaces. Raw mixture for protective coating contains, wt%: portland cement 41.2–42.9; sand of 0.125 mm fraction 31.0–31.5; microcalcite of 100 mcm fraction 7.5–7.9; finely ground magnesian limestone with specific surface area of 320 m2/kg 10.5–11.0; complex additive 0.8–0.9; water 7.3–7.5. Complex additive used is a mixture containing, wt%: potassium nitrite KNO2 71.5–72.0; silicic acid sol with a density ρ=1.021 g/cm3 and value of pH=3.5 25.0–26.0; polymer-containing component Sika Viscocrete 225 based on allyl ether and maleic acid anhydrite 2.0–3.5.
EFFECT: high salt resistance and crack resistance of the protective coating.
