FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: finishing composition includes first filler in amount of at least 50% of the total composition weight, and optional second filler. Other components of finishing composition include polymer resin in amount of 3 to 10 wt %. This polymer resin includes one substance from a group including acrylic latex emulsion, vinyl/acrylic latex emulsion, styrene/acrylic latex emulsion, polyurethane, and their mixes; coalescing solvent for forming a film of given polymer resin; and water in approx. amount of 10 to 50 wt %. This finishing composition is basically free of hydraulic components and is mouldable. The composition is basically free of gypsum plaster, cement or other hydraulic components.
EFFECT: strong, durable, water-resistant and mouldable compositions.
