FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: power installation has steam-input combined-cycle plant operating into useful load , its output being connected to input of heater whose first input is connected to first input of condenser; first output of the latter communicates with environment; first circulating-water circuit connected to second input and second output of condenser and incorporating series-connected first pump and cooler at its first input and first output; and also second circulating-water circuit connected to steam input of combined-cycle plant and to first circulating-water loop; this circuit incorporates series- connected second pump and heater at its second input and second output. In addition power installation is provided with heat exchanger, compressor, and throttle whose input is coupled with first output of heat exchanger and output, with second input of cooler; compressor input communicates with second output of cooler and output, with first input of heat exchanger; closed loop organized in this way is filled with working medium; heat exchanger is connected through its second input and second output in series with second circulating-water circuit. As an alternative first pump may be inserted between first output of cooler and second input of condenser. Another alternative of power installation has its first pump inserted between second output of condenser and cooler and its second circulating-water loop is connected to first-pump output.
