SUBSTANCE: proposed feeder 7 comprises inlet of supercharging air from gas turbine supercharger 2, compressed air inlet 8, outlet communicating, preferably, via valve element can communicate with supercharging air inlet 6 and, via air amount control device with closed and open positions for communication with compressed air inlet 8. Said air amount control device is closed if valve element is partially or completely open. The device for control over said valve element and air amount control device depending upon ICE operating conditions. Said air amount control device incorporates one compressed air open and close valve 8 and proportional control valve arranged right there behind to control pressure at exhaust line 9. Invention covers ICE fresh fuel feeder and method of pressure control at feeder outlet.
EFFECT: decreased smoke generation.
