FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: current peripheral volume concentration of circulating lymphocytes (Lph, mln/ml) and percentage of stem hemopoietic cells (SHC) in a mononuclear fraction are determined in the patient of target nosology; the above are related to find R by formula, and the average value Rcp-m is calculated for the above retrospective group; the current specific patient's state is assessed by determining the peripheral volume concentration of circulating Lph (mln/ml) and the SHC percentage to be related; if the relation is found to be less than Rcp-m, the patient's state is considered as decompensated and requiring the therapeutic approach to be corrected.
EFFECT: using the declared method enables higher prediction accuracy of the patient's state in disseminated solid malignant new growths.
