FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: brushcutter comprises a main rack, a cutting blade located at the front end of the main rack; the main motor located at the rear end of the main rack and made with the ability to actuate the cutter blade; and a handle located at the intermediate part of the main rack and provided with a handle which is made with the ability to compress by the user. The handle is provided with the drive switch for actuating the cutting blade, the speed regulating switch for regulating the speed of rotation of the cutting blade, and the safety switch that prevents starting of the main engine independently from the condition of the drive switch. The drive switch, the speed regulating switch and the safety switch are located so that to allow the user which compresses the handle to switch on the drive switch, the speed regulating switch and the safety switch by the hand compressing the handle without taking the hand from the handle. The speed regulating switch and the safety switch are located on the upper part of the side surface of the handle so that the safety switch is located behind the speed regulating switch.

EFFECT: improved usability of the device.
