FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises gas flow cooling to obtain condensate to be extracted with absorbed gaseous and mechanical impurities. Cold heat carrier in direct contact with gas flow represents condensate formed earlier from cleaned gas flow cooled to temperature below dew point of gas flow. Before interaction between gas and cooled condensate, introduced is a portion of condensate produced earlier without its cooling for saturation of gas phase with steam and further increase of condensate at liquid of solid particles to allow the increase in separation efficiency. Gas cleaning is performed at several steps for separation of a separate components or sets of gas phase components at every step.
EFFECT: simple, efficient and reliable technique, lower material and labour input.
