FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed granulation tower comprises hollow body, melt sprayer, air feed opening with guide plates arranged above intake guide device and pellets discharge conveyor. Intake guide is composed of separate sheets arranged in two planes along opposite sides of conveyor and inclined thereto. Sheets are directed perpendicular to conveyor. Continuous-action vibrator is attached to every said sheet. Portion of guide plates arranged in air feed openings can be arranged with such inclination that plate inner edge is located under outer edge. Intake guide can be made of corrugated sheets and/or can have anti-adhesion coating.

EFFECT: minimised sticking of loose material, decreased destruction of pellets, simplified design of intake guide.
