FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment of the sleeve inner surface by injection of phosphate-based lubricant and deformation of heated sleeve. On the sleeve inner surface upon heating in the temperature range of 800-1280°C in the treatment process homogeneous hard coating is formed by lubricant injection, in which phosphates content is not less than 55 wt % and granules size is not more than 200 mcm.
EFFECT: proposed method allows improving quality of output product and reducing expensive materials consumption for treatment of sleeves inner surface.
