FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of hot-rolled seamless tubes. Rotary sleeve inner surface is treated by gas lubricant blowing via pipeline and gas flow vortex flows in direction, opposite to direction of sleeve rotation, and subsequent deformation of heated sleeve. Before blowing into the sleeve lubricant is separated by means of divider into two flows, which are supplied simultaneously. One flow of lubricating material is directed along longitudinal axis of cartridge in form of particle stream, and another flow of lubricant is supplied by spraying through annular gap formed between inner surface of pipeline and side surface of divider. Simultaneously with injection of lubricating material, gas vortex flows are fed into the case.
EFFECT: higher quality of inner surface of finished pipes, resistance of mandrels and reduced consumption of lubricant.
