FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber articles, particularly, to rubber cord shells filled with pressurised working medium. Proposed method consists in pre-crimping of beads by bolts and flanges and tightening in one or several cycles in up to 60 days after said pre-crimping. Note here that every cycle includes heating the shell with flanges to not over 200°C, holding thereat for up to 10 days, cooling to 10-40°C and tightening of bolts to reduction of 50-200% of initial pre-crimping force.
EFFECT: sealed rubber cord shells.
