SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of heavy cylindrical objects with protection against precipitation. V-like supports 8 are located inside the car along loading side while two walls 8 with top joist 12 composed of section with flanges directed upward are mounted at sidebars 4 of the frame 2. Joist inner flanges have holes to receive studs of crosswise thrust bars. This car is equipped with protector 13 composed by two end walls and moving arches covered by canopy. Said arches are displaced towards end walls by carriages with rollers and locked by retainers to end walls. Angle between inclined surfaces of said supports makes 115-125 degrees. Every top joist is equipped with stiffness rib provided with vertical holes. Carriages of both extreme arches are equipped with retaining ratchets interacting with one of holes in horizontal stiffness rib. Thrust bars are equipped with rollers arranged at sides.

EFFECT: fast preparation for loading and unloading, reliable fastening of coils.
