FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises defining the magnitudes of kinetic law of mass conductivity, that is, mass of substance, mass transfer motive force *difference of potentials of media) on both sides of material and process period.Note here that at the same process parameters said values are measured for two or more specimens of one origin but different in thickness. Then, unknown factor of mass conductivity is calculated by the formula obtained analytically: where δ1, δ2 are thickness of specimens, m ΔM1, ΔM2 are increment of moisture weight in experimenting, kg; Δ is total motive force of mass transfer, Pa; F is specimen surface area, m2; Δτ is increment of time corresponding to moisture weight increment, s. Said formula describes quantitative difference of potentials on material surface, that is motive force of mass transfer by mass conductivity mechanism of total motive force of mass transfer from one medium to another one via permeable material.

EFFECT: higher precision, simplified procedure.
