FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: system (2, 4, 6) comprises a pulsed voltage generator (12) and a voltage divider (14) in form of a corresponding tower structure, having first and second ends of a structure, having the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped container (16) which has first and second ends, a swivel joint through which the pulsed voltage generator (12) and the container (16) are connected to each other at their corresponding second ends across the longitudinal direction of the pulsed voltage generator (12), a drive which is capable of executing rotary movement of the pulsed voltage generator (12) and/or the voltage divider (14) between a first, approximately horizontal, position and a second, approximately vertical, position about the rotary axis (18) of the swivel joint. The first approximately horizontal position lies inside the container and the second approximately vertical position provides distances from earthed components necessary from the perspective of insulation for high-voltage testing.
EFFECT: shorter assembling time.
