SUBSTANCE: system comprises ground-based systems, mobile objects, communication satellites of a constellation of satellites, a ground-based data transmission network; the ground-based systems comprise VHF and HF antennae and radio stations, data transmission apparatus, an automated workstation (AWS) with a computer, a navigation satellite system signal receiver, an AWS control panel, an AWS monitor, a ground-based antenna control unit, a satellite communication station, a HF radio station, an interfacing module, a control command storage unit; the mobile objects have sensors, a navigation satellite system signal receiver, an analyser of the type of received messages, a computer, a bidirectional bus for the mobile object control system, a satellite communication station with an antenna, a data recording unit, a data transmission apparatus, VHF and HF radio stations and antennae, a control command storage unit; wherein the system further includes onboard and ground-based units for routing and estimating radio communication channel parameters with corresponding operating algorithms.
EFFECT: high reliability of transmitting messages to a remote mobile object located behind the horizon with interference and fading of radio signals.
