FIELD: radio engineering; data processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio data exchange systems and can be used for information exchange between mobile objects (MO) and ground systems (GS). Technical result is achieved due to generation and round emission to air of signals with linear frequency modulation (LFM), which, when the ionosphere is inclined to probe, enables to obtain in real time accurate estimates of the state of the ionospheric channel of the range of the decameter waves, reception, analysis of the received signals on the MO and the GS in the stable communication zone, parameters of known radio signals of the range of the decameter wave, combined processing of received radio signals from different directions on each MO and GS, formation of new communication plans, transmission of this information to corresponding subscribers of the system, storage of said information until degradation of parameters of the operating radio channel. Note here that said MO includes LFM radio receiver of decameter wave range connected by two-way links to corresponding input / output of onboard computer, and on GS there is ground data storage unit with input for data loading.

EFFECT: high reliability of data exchange between mobile objects and ground-based complexes.
