SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The device for surgical area irrigation in the process of subcutaneous operations includes a transparent endoscope cap. Mininozzles are arranged in the cap, circle-wise, semi-circle-wise or sectoral-wise. The mininozzles are hydraulically conjugated with the space inside the cap, filled with operating liquid and conjugated with the external liquid source fixed on the endoscope.
EFFECT: invention ensures enhancement of surgical field irrigation efficiency combined with subcutaneous operations injury rate reduction.
