FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: polypectomy performed by electric excision is preceded by laser Doppler flowmetry. Blood microcirculation value Cpp is determined, and if Cpp is 100-114%, taking such preventive measure as polyp crus ligation is preferred. If Cpp is 115-144%, any variant of an endoscopic injection therapy is chosen. Cpp being 145% or more requires only performing electric excision of polyp with supplying high-frequency current in cutting and coagulation modes.
EFFECT: method enables providing the more effective prevention of haemorrhages accompanying gastrointestinal endoscopic polypectomy with using high-frequent current, caused by selecting preventive measures taken to avoid a haemorrhage according to the laser Doppler flowmetry findings showing a type of microcirculation of a specific patient.
